This website
The site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. Its fonts are served from this site.
Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address on our behalf to deliver the pages.
Booking a call
The "Book a Call" links open a Google Calendar booking page, run by Google. What you enter there, such as your name and email address, is shared with Google and with us, and we use it to hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page.
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply to you. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to serve this site and to reply to emails and booking requests.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and booking details for as long as the conversation needs them. We keep them longer only where Estonian accounting law requires it for business records.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google and Cloudflare are US-based. Transfers of personal data to them rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, ask us to restrict its processing, or ask to receive it in a portable format, by emailing info@peaceful.studio.
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to our processing of your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests. Email us and we will stop unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is needed for legal claims.
You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
